Abstract:
The priority of the Government of the Russian Federation is to ensure sustainable development and stable economic growth based on applying innovative methods of improving the economic competitiveness. An important role in this task belongs to small business. One way to improve its competitiveness is the use of the cluster approach, stimulating the development of private еntrepreneurial initiative.
